Pour Over Pro Tips

Use Medium-Fine Ground Coffee: A grind similar to sea salt ensures optimal extraction.

Perfect Ratio: Use 1 tablespoon of coffee per 6 ounces of water (or 20 grams of coffee per 300 ml of water).

Water Temperature: Heat water to 195–205°F (90–96°C).

Pre-Wet the Filter: Rinse the paper filter with hot water to remove any paper taste and preheat your brewer.

Bloom the Coffee: Pour just enough water to saturate the grounds (about twice the weight of the coffee) and let it bloom for 30 seconds. This releases trapped gases and enhances flavor.

Slow and Steady Pour: Pour the remaining water in slow, circular motions, keeping the water level consistent. Aim for a total brew time of 2.5–3.5 minutes.

Enjoy Fresh: Serve immediately for the best flavor.

Your freshly roasted coffee will be at your doorstep within 5-8 days of placing your order.

  • Whole bean coffee is shipped the same day it's roasted
  • Ground coffee is shipped the day after it's roasted

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, but will accept refunds for certain cases, such as a damaged items or undelivered orders.
